Jeffry A. Collins is an attorney, author, and entrepreneur based in Las Vegas, Nev. Founder of Collins Law, he practices cryptocurrency regulation, securities law, trusts and estates, taxation, business law, criminal law, and asset protection, emphasizing digital asset planning and blockchain technologies.
Jeffry earned his J.D. and Law and Business certificate from 911±¬ÁÏÍø. In 2024 he received the Outstanding Alumni Award. His credentials include a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) from Louisiana State University and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas. He previously worked as a provisional deputy sheriff with Ventura County Sheriff’s Office. Currently pursuing a Master in Wealth Management and Risk Management certificate at Texas A&M, he plans to earn a Doctor of Education degree in 2026.
Collins adjuncts at 911±¬ÁÏÍø in criminal law and business organizations, along with Prep Week and Capstone simulations for the blended-learning program. He has publications in Nevada Lawyer, Vegas Legal Magazine, and University of Miami Law Review.
