Attorney Sean M. Hobson is a dedicated advocate committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients. As the owner of his law firm based in Escondido, Calif., Hobson practices criminal defense primarily in San Diego County and represents clients statewide in due process claims before the California Office of Administrative Hearings, focusing on special education law and violations of FAPE under the IDEA. He is passionate about ensuring every student’s rights are protected. Hobson serves on the board of directors for the Thomas Jefferson School of Law Alumni Association, where he also chairs the committee for the Annual Judicial Mixer and Alumni Awards Reception. His legal experience also includes arguing before the Fourth Appellate District, Division One, of the California Court of Appeal in San Diego.
