Amber Eisenschenk is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law and Hamline University Graduate School of Business with a master’s degree in public administration. Amber works for The League of Minnesota Cities—a membership organization dedicated to promoting excellence in local government. The League serves its more than 800 member cities through advocacy, education and training, policy development, risk management, and other services. Amber manages a team of attorneys in the Research Department and focuses her areas of research on city regulation and codification, employment law, and elections.
