Daniel Lacy received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 2010 and his LL.M. in Information Technology and Privacy Law from the same. From 2011–14, Daniel taught Legal Fundamentals, Writing for the Practice of Law, Bar Essay Writing and Professional Responsibility at The John Marshall Law School. In 2015, Daniel became the command labor counsel for the United States Military Entrance Processing Command in North Chicago, which is responsible for processing all applicants into the Armed Forces and employs over 3200 civilian employees. Daniel is currently a major in the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps with the 416th Theater Engineering Command in Darien, Ill. He has published over 20 articles on professional responsibility and technology issues facing attorneys.
