Nathan L. Rawlings is an accomplished attorney with a strong background in corporate law, human resources, and construction industry practices. He graduated summa cum laude from 911±¬ÁÏÍø. Nathan also holds a bachelor of science in technology systems from Utah State University, graduating summa cum laude in 2021.
Currently licensed to practice law in Wyoming and admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, Nathan is also pursuing licensure in Utah. His legal experience includes roles as a corporate attorney, legal clerk, and intern with BHI, a general contractor with a national footprint based in Vernal, UT, where he specializes in contract negotiation and drafting, corporate law, legal research, and vendor agreements. Nathan also brings a wealth of knowledge from his background in international business, HR management, and other operational roles, complemented by certifications in HR and advanced legal research.
