On January 19, 2019, Governor Mark Dayton appointed Todd M. Fellman to the bench in Minnesota’s Fourth Judicial District. Prior to his appointment, he was in the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office from 1993-2019, first as an Assistant Hennepin County Attorney, then as Senior Assistant Hennepin County Attorney.
He received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1993. He co-teaches Child Abuse and the Law with Judge Tanya O’Brien.
